Cycle Day 1 - AUNT FLO IS HERE

Aunt flow came to town.  21 days until I start my patch for my E2 cycle.

For those of you who have been living under a rock.  Aunt Flo is here - means I got my period today!

For anyone trying to conceive, having Aunt Flo pay you a visit is typically a terrible day.  You generally want Aunt Flo to stay away because that may mean you are pregnant and being pregnant is the dream.  But, I must say - I am excited about Auntie Flo's visit today!!

It means my cycle before my retrieval cycle has just started!!  In 21 days I will start an estrogen patch.  Then about 4 days later (if my last E2 cycle is an indicator), I will have my period again.  Then, roughly 14 days later, I will have eggs extracted.  A few days after that I will have some PGD tested embryos on ice!!  Woot woot.

So instead of Aunt Flo looking like a mocking, scolding unwanted B:
