For this IVF, I've been focusing on a plant based whole food diet, with clean pasture raised animal products (eggs, chicken, salmon, sheep milk yogurt) thrown in when necessary. "When necessary" means that I am using my intuition to determine when my body may need the nutrients in the animal products that I may not be getting from the plant based diet. My diet does not allow any gluten, cow dairy, alcohol, sugar or caffeine. I also am avoiding package foods as much as possible.
