Best Ever Vegan Chocolate Mousse

I have really perfected my mousse recipe so I am posting it again in an "express" form.  This mousse is SO GOOD and SO EASY! It's also vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar free so it's a very healthy dessert option.



  • 1 X 13.5 oz Can Coconut Milk (Native Forest)
  • 3 X 5.4 oz Cans Coconut Cream (Native Forest)
  • 4 oz Cacao (80 discs Firefly Cacao)
  • 18 Dates (remove pits)
  • 1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup (Crown)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • (Optional: Garnish with raspberries or strawberries)


  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
  • Blend everything in a strong blender until smooth (I use my Vitamix)
  • Pour into a large bowl or serving cups
  • Let set in the refrigerator (about 6 hours)
  • Optional: garnish with berries
